The Duchess carried a fabulous piece by Anya Hindmarch featuring a map of Mykonos, Greece on the front, and pastel shades with bamboo handles. Although the bag is sadly discontinued, it’s no surprise that the royal family, including Queen Camilla, are fans of the brand.
In addition to her stylish ensemble, the Duchess also showcased a new hairstyle during her visit. Known for her famous blonde mane worn in loose waves or sleek buns, she surprised everyone with a sleek and lightly curled look at the ends. The subtle change added to her overall stunning appearance, highlighting her versatility in both fashion and beauty.
Prior to her Guernsey visit, the Duchess and her husband, Prince Edward, attended a special performance of Starlight Express at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre. For the occasion, she dazzled in a Spanish Matelier dress made from luxurious satin with a unique patterned design. The ‘Gelato’ dress, as it is known, truly stole the show and further solidified the Duchess’s reputation as a fashion maven.
Despite her fashion-forward choices and widespread following, the Duchess remains humble when it comes to her status as a style icon. In a past fashion event, she acknowledged that her fashion sense has evolved over time, stating, “I can’t claim that my track record in fashion has always been as good as it is today, but you know, we learn in time.” However, many would argue that the Duchess has always been a trendsetter, consistently impressing with her impeccable taste and sophisticated looks.
