Angelina Jolie and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt Step Out at the Tony Awards

Angelina Jolie and her 15-year-old daughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, made a stunning appearance at the Tony Awards. The mother-daughter duo arrived in coordinating outfits, with Angelina dressed in a beautiful seafoam green velvet gown by Atelier Versace and Vivienne opting for a crisp white collared shirt paired with a teal-colored vest, trousers, and bow tie.

Both Angelina and Vivienne were there to support their Broadway musical, “The Outsiders,” which received 12 award nominations. Angelina served as a producer on the show, while Vivienne worked as a producer’s assistant. The duo’s presence added to the star-studded evening at Broadway’s biggest night.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, who share six children together, ended their 12-year relationship in 2016. The couple’s children include Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox. Recently, Vivienne made headlines for appearing in the playbill of “The Outsiders” as Vivienne Jolie, dropping the Pitt from her last name.

Vivienne’s decision to drop her father’s last name follows similar actions taken by her siblings. Zahara introduced herself as “Zahara Marley Jolie” at a sorority event, while Shiloh legally changed her name to “Shiloh Jolie” on her 18th birthday. The children seem to be asserting their independence and identity by distancing themselves from the Pitt surname.

Although Angelina and Brad were declared legally single in 2019, their divorce proceedings remain ongoing. The former couple continues to battle over custody issues and assets, including the Chateau Miraval winery they purchased in 2008. Their disagreements have extended to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) as they navigate the complexities of their separation.

Angelina Jolie and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt’s appearance at the Tony Awards showcased the bond between mother and daughter, as well as the evolving dynamics within their family. The children’s decisions to change their last names reflect their desire for individuality and independence. Despite their parents’ ongoing legal battles, the Jolie-Pitt family continues to navigate the complexities of their high-profile relationship with grace and resilience.
